Change is happening at an increasing rate in the marketplace. As a result, we as leaders are called to respond by growing ourselves and our teams. There is an embarrassment of riches available to us now from books, online courses, talks and seminars like NCET Biz Bites. Where do you focus your development and what can you expect for results?
As a lifelong entrepreneur and now leadership coach I will help offer some clarity and distinctions on the path of development through my Platinum Circle. While many aspects of development are related, being clear about what you focus on will yield more targeted results. Are you looking for growth in execution, the WHAT you are doing? Or is the strategy and approach the prime issue, the HOW in business? Or perhaps it is connecting to meaning and purpose, finding your WHY? And the area I focus on is WHO are you Being in your path and how that drives the other aspects of your business and life.
During the presentation, Tony will cover:
How much are you focused on showing up as a Human Doing versus a Human Being
Without Awareness there is only Habit. With Awareness comes Choice.
The Platinum Circle illustrates the distinctions of WHO you are Being in the world versus the What, How and Why aspects of your life.
How much of your stated Core Values are aspirational, inherited, or authentic?
You aren’t Broken and need Fixing. Growth is about deepening who you are and how you show up.
