All too often we hear our patients complain that their ailments are causing them to miss work, burnout, feel unproductive or suffer from mental illness. Chronic pain and lack of energy prevents them from performing their best at work and from doing the things they love outside of work. Solutions come too late and often involve surgery or a recovery period that requires time off from work. This impedes not only the individual but their team and the business as a whole. While it may not seem like it, these are solvable problems.
Wellness education and valuing health can start in the workplace and will benefit the business as a whole. Reno Regenerative Medicine works to achieve this by partnering with The Doctors for Health and Wellness Foundation, a non-profit aimed at promoting health in the workplace through no cost educational events. By removing barriers to education and care as well as promoting achievable ways to stay in good health we can help people perform at their best. Preventative care, chronic pain care and optimizing health with diet, hormones and weight loss are insurmountably important. Once employees are feeling their best and performing at a high level the whole team prospers.
Dr. Decker will cover:
How chronic pain and health issues affect business
The benefits of optimized health for your employees and business
Explanation of The Doctor's for Health and Wellness Foundation and its place in business
Methods for individuals to alleviate pain, optimize health and feel better at work
Methods employers can use to positively affect and promote employee health
Lloyd Decker DC, has been in practice for 12 years, he moved to Reno in June of 2017 from Telluride, Colorado with his family. Lloyd and his family were attracted to this area by the Sierra mountains and the vibrant city of Reno. His dream was to expand his ability to service communities through an integrated medical practice. Dr. Decker realized that medical services in conjunction with chiropractic care and therapeutic modalities yielded the best possible outcomes for patients. This led to the creation of Reno Regenerative Medicine in South Reno and our recent expansion to our second clinic in Fernley, Nevada. The goal of the services that RRM provides is to get to the root cause of the symptoms that the patient is experiencing, as opposed to just treating the symptoms. The mission of RRM is to help as many people as possible get their health back without unnecessary drugs and surgeries. We want our patients to get back to doing what they love, without pain, as soon as possible.
