In today's fast-paced and hyper-competitive business environment, customer growth, retention, and advocacy are critical. However, traditional methods of customer engagement are no longer sufficient to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Prior to founding Structure3C, Bill held Global Director positions at Autodesk and Dell, where he was responsible for online community and social media globally. Bill is active in the local Reno startup ecosystem as an advisor and investor. Bill spends his winter weekends "on the hill" volunteering as a snowboard instructor at Sky Tavern, helping stoke Reno's future shredders.
