Founding a new business can be a huge undertaking. Like building a house, you need to start with the right foundation and involve the necessary specialists to ensure what you are building is sustainable and will support your new business venture.

Chris will identify a few alternatives for founders to consider when forming a new business. He will also identify some major considerations when negotiating with co-founders and deciding to pursue financing either from traditional banks or outside investors. Finally, Chris will also discuss what founders can do throughout the running of their business to try and prepare for an outside financing or exit event.
