Bradley, Ciccotti, Herzik re-elected to NCET board

Lindsay Bradley

Lindsay Bradley, Kevin Ciccotti and Jodi Herzik  have been re-elected to the board of directors of NCET, a member-supported non-profit that produces educational and networking events to help people explore businesses and technology. 

Lindsay Bradley, re-elected as vice president of email services for Biz Bite and Biz Café, is the vice president of administration at LeisureQuip, Inc., a local distributor of pool and hot tub chemicals and supplies. Prior to joining LeisureQuip, Bradley launched her business consultancy firm, Guided Arrows, in 2019 which focuses on helping small businesses with strategy, culture, and process improvement. A Reno resident since 1999, Bradley has held positions in healthcare management, project management, and human resources and helped launch a tech startup in Reno.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in business management, a master’s degree in management and leadership as well as her MBA, all from Western Governors University. She is active with NNHRA and SHRM, and is also a certified associate of project management through PMI. Bradley has been a volunteer program manager for RPD’s Annual Hashimoto Memorial Golf Tournament for nine years.

Kevin Ciccotti

Kevin Ciccotti, re-elected as vice president of Biz Café, is a Certified Professional Coach and president of Human Factor Formula, Inc. Prior to forming his company in 2008, he spent 25 years working for International Game Technology, including more than 16 years in leadership roles in IGT’s Product Development Group. 

He was trained at The Coaches Training Institute and with the Robbins-Madanes Center for Strategic Intervention.

Jodi Herzik

Jodi Herzik, re-elected as NCET’s vice president of Biz Cafe, currently serves as the Interim Vice Provost of Extended Studies at the University of Nevada, Reno. She previously worked as executive director of professional development programs for the UNR Division of Extended Studies and as chief administrative officer of Bristlecone Family Resources. She also has held development and human resources positions with the College of Liberal Arts at UNR.

Herzik earned a bachelor’s degree in English and political science and a master’s degree in public administration from UNR.
