In 2020, it’ll be all about optimization to manage risk. Entrepreneurs are more optimistic about the future than most leaders, and while there will be continued focus on growth in strategic markets, it’s also about finding efficiencies within everyday processes and costs.

John Hall also believes that 2020 will be the year for niche entrepreneurs. While the Amazons of the world continue to use technology to appeal to the masses, there is ample opportunity for entrepreneurs to take hold and solve problems for niche markets.
