Business leaders named to NCET board

Lindsay Bradley and Bryce Warner have been elected to the board of directors of NCET, a member-supported non-profit that produces educational and networking events to help people explore businesses and technology. 

Lindsay, elected as NCET’s vice president of email services for Biz Bite, is chief operating officer at Simco Imported Shoes, Inc., a family-owned importer, wholesaler and distributor of women’s European comfort shoes. She also has worked as a project-management consultant to Microsoft, as a human resources consultant, and as an executive at the startup iWebVisit.com.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in business management and administration and a master’s degree in management and leadership, both from Western Governors University. Lindsay also is a Certified Associate of Project Management.

She is the volunteer organizer for the Reno Police Department’s Annual Hashimoto Memorial Golf Tournament and served on the board for the Northern Nevada Chapter of Conscious Capitalism from 2016-2018.

Bryce Warner

Warner, elected as NCET’s vice president of membership, is an employee benefits consultant with AssuredPartners Consulting in Reno. He also has worked as an executive recruiter and technical recruiter in Reno and Silicon Valley.

A Reno native, Warner earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from the University of Nevada, Reno.

He also serves on the board of directors of United Way of Northern Nevada and the Sierra, where he is chair of the annual campaign committee.

“The experience — both in the business world as well as leadership of community organizations — that Lindsay and Bryce bring to NCET will serve our members well,” said Dave Archer, president and CEO of the nonprofit. “We are grateful that these two top professionals will put their skills to work for NCET.”
