It’s been said that you only get one chance to make a good first impression, yet companies seem to be forgetting this very concept when it comes to their recruiting process. Job seekers are becoming more and more frustrated with their experience, often describing the hiring process as heartless, inconsiderate, and disconnected. Is that the first impression and brand image you want to convey to prospective employees? What is even more troubling is this uninspiring candidate experience was happening way before the wrenches of a pandemic were thrown into the mix.
So why has the recruitment process become such a dreaded and frustrating experience for most job seekers? It’s because the process has been broken by neglecting the human aspect of recruiting.
Join Lindsay as she shares helpful tricks and tips for applying a human-centric approach to recruiting, best practices for delivering the ultimate candidate experience from application to onboarding and elevating your employer brand through simple yet meaningful actions.
In this interactive presentation, you will discover more about:
Drafting a compelling job ad to attract the best candidates.
Creating insightful screening and interview questions.
Organizing, streamlining, and elevating communication touchpoints.
How to build your employer brand and why it matters.
Utilizing feedback surveys for applicants and new hires.
