Let's look at how we can improve our personal operating systems. As we return to some semblance of normal in our work and personal lives, it’s an ideal time to examine our personal “operating system” and make positive changes to how we manage our mental and emotional states so that we can be more focused and deliberate. In this session, Susan Mahoney will be presenting a simple Mental Fitness approach that can act as an X-factor in our performance and our happiness.
The Mental Fitness process was created as a synthesis of the latest breakthroughs in neuroscience, cognitive and positive psychology and performance science. It is based on the work of Shirzad Chamine’s NYT best-selling book: Positive Intelligence, and his work with Stanford University. Susan is studying with Shirzad now, and is excited about the impact it is having on her own life, and life of her coaching clients. We’ll examine the Saboteur’s that prevent us from achieving our goals, and explore our Sage wisdom that opens the pathways for more calm and deliberate responses to life’s challenges.
In this presentation you will learn:
Understand how to build Mental Fitness and how it can improve our lives
Learn the research behind Mental Fitness: Positive Intelligence which provides the X Factor for success in business and life
How to measure and improve our Mental Fitness levels
Strategies for understanding our Saboteurs and how to tame them, and how to access our Sage wisdom for better decision making
Learn the 3 muscles we can build in order to immediately shift to our Sage wisdom.
