There are always signs of when it is time to pivot your business and decide your company's future. From the loss of passion and failing metrics in ROI to market conditions, several indicators may help you recognize it is time to pivot your business for success.
A clear sign is when you do not see the results you have hypothesized in your previous plan. If things are not working, you should not give up! Instead, change direction, devise a new course of action, and be determined to reach your goals. You can plan for future pivots before getting in too deep and before you ever think of quitting. Kellie Lee holds a BA in Spanish from the University of Nevada, Reno, which allowed her to study abroad in San Sebastian, Spain, for over a year. She also received her MBA from UNR. Kellie started her first business, The Nevada Woman’s Directory, in 2006 when she was 25 years of age. Since then, she opened an art studio for kids, Drawn2Imagine, that ran successfully for five years. Before closing her art studio, Rowdy was created. Today she is devoted to growing her company Rowdy, a gut-health company she officially started in her kitchen in 2013.
