Atul Minocha

It’s no secret that most CEOs and business owners have been frustrated with their own marketing efforts. Some may have even reached the point of dismissing marketing as a useful business function altogether.

This talk is about uncovering reasons behind these frustrations. And more importantly, what can businesses do to not only avoid such frustrations in the future, but also get a much higher return on their marketing efforts.

Atul’s presentation includes:

  • Underlying reasons for why you might have been frustrated with marketing

  • Why marketing is one of the most useful and underleveraged functions in any organization?

  • What are some of the relatively simple ways to maximize your return on your marketing spend?

  • What is big-M and small-m marketing, and why you need both for success?

  • How can one select different marketing programs for specific needs and goals of YOUR organization?
