Dana Sullivan Kilroy – VP of Public Relations

Dana Sullivan Kilroy is a public relations and communications professional. She worked as a journalist for many years, writing for publications including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Los Angeles Times, Inc., Fast Company, Oprah and Outside; she currently serves as a director at The Ferraro Group in Reno. Before joining The Ferraro Group, Dana co-founded Fior Partners, a public relations consultancy in Reno. Prior to Fior Partners, She was chief communications officer at ShortStack, a marketing SaaS platform based in Reno.

In addition to her role as Vice President of Public Relations at NCET, Dana serves as a board member for Northern Nevada Legal Services and is vice chair of the board of First Tee Northern Nevada, a youth-development organization. She has volunteered for many local organizations including the Nevada Museum of Art and the Food Bank of Northern Nevada. She also served as a letter-of-appointment lecturer at the University of Nevada’s Reynolds School of Journalism. Ms. Kilroy has a B.A. in English literature from UCLA and an M.A. in Journalism from the University of Nevada, Reno.
