What superpower do you dream of having?
If you’re immediately thinking about invisibility or teleporting, that’s not exactly what we had in mind. Instead, we’re talking superpowers in the business realm: What do you wish you could do to make your workplace more productive, more cohesive and just generally more awesome?
Join leadership trainer and coach Sally Young — Catalyst for Solutions and founder of Flourish, a practice dedicated to enhancing individuals and teams — for the new Biz Café (formerly Tech Café), which will now happen at Rancharrah starting in October! We’re super excited about the new venue, which will totally complement the great October content.
This month, Young will teach you how to identify your strengths in the workplace and use them for great results.
Here are some ideas Young will cover:
- What are superpowers in the workplace? We will reflect on how to bring out the best in everyone.
- What’s fun got to do with it? Everything! Get ideas about how you can create fun and join in the festivity called “work.”
So join us in Rancharrah for Biz Café. Sally Young is going to teach you how to fly. Metaphorically speaking, that is — no cape required (unless that’s how you roll).
NCET’s Biz Café is open from 2 to 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 18, and the program starts at 3 p.m.
Oh, and by the way: It’s free to attend, no RSVPs are needed, and everyone is welcome.
We love it when you bring guests to NCET events. And now we’re giving you even more reasons to bring a friend or colleague!
At the beginning of each Biz Bite and Biz Café, people with guests can stand and introduce themselves and their guests, and be entered in drawings for great NCET stuff. RSVP now for yourself and bring a friend!
