Erich grew up in Atlanta, GA and attended the University of West Georgia. No stranger to a strong work ethic, he dived into the restaurant business. He genuinely loved the service-oriented aspect of the business. He took pleasure in creatively fixing any problems that crept up. He could transform a customer’s experience from downright disappointing to excellent in a heartbeat. His passion for customer service continued as he relocated to Reno in 1999 after spending some time in Graeagle, CA.
He’s frequently been told he has a unique ability to identify opportunities, show value and deliver results. He credits this unique talent to polite persistence.
