The incubator program helps entrepreneurs launch their first retail venture, service operation or restaurant.
Participants get one year of free rent, affordable first year property charges, access to retail business counselors and a flexible four-year lease option after the first year.
The firm has 45 vacant spaces available in 11 shopping centers in the Reno and Las Vegas region.
Applicants must provide a written business plans, demonstrate adequate funding and make a presentation. Additional educational documentation also is recommended.
The program first launch in California in April 2012. It has expanded to Colorado and Arizona.
