Free parking is available at the Convention Center.
Exhibitor Setup Dates and Times:
Thursday, September 19: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Friday, September 20: 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM
Booth numbers will be given to you when you arrive.
All setups must be completed by 8:30 AM on Friday, Sept 25. Booths not set up and staffed by 8:30 AM on September 25 may be reassigned to other Exhibitors.
The Exhibit Hall closes to the public at 4:00 PM on Friday, September 25. Do NOT break down your display BEFORE the Expo ends at 4:00 PM as we expect late arriving attendees.
You have several options for bringing items to and from your booth:
1. Park in the Convention Center’s parking lots and carry or wheel your items to the Mt. Rose Ballroom.
2. Park briefly in front of the Convention Center’s WEST entrance near South Virginia. You can stay long enough to bring your items into the Ballroom. NCET tentatively plans to provide two dollies for your use.
3. If you would like assistance with moving items to your booth, you may use the Convention Center’s “houseman” service. Please drive to the Convention Center’s WEST entrance near South Virginia, where the housemen will assist you.
Exhibitor Check-In: Wristbands for ALL Exhibitors and Attendees
You and your guests don’t need to pre-register. All you’ll need is your business card, and you can exchange it for an exhibitor’s wristband when you arrive.
Booth Design, Accessories, and Information
Booth location and numbers are based on your registration date and will be assigned when you arrive.
Booths are 80 square feet (8’ deep X 10’ wide) and include “rod-and-drape” construction in the back and on the sides. The backdrop is 8′ tall and the sides are 3′ tall. You may hang lightweight signs or banners from the rod at the back of the booth.
The booth includes a 6′ x 2′ skirted table covered with a white plastic tablecloth, two chairs, a wastebasket, and a white paper sign with your company name. (You can view pictures of typical booth setups here.)
- To comply with fire regulations, nothing may be placed in, or extend into, the aisles. “Roof” or covers are not permitted above or over your booth.
- No amplified music and sound is permitted in the booths.
Please bring any required fasteners or other hardware. If you need additional accessories (e.g., tables, chairs, lighting, linens, etc.), please contact Jeff Long at GES at JLong@ges.com or 775.332.7028.
Please note that the Exhibit Hall is NOT secured and that you should NOT leave any valuable or equipment unattended. Neither the Convention Center nor NCET provides security for the booths.

Booth Electrical Outlets
Each booth includes 500 watt electrical service. Power will be available by 8 am on Friday. You can order other power options using this order form.
The Convention Center will provide a no-host coffee stand in the morning during the Expo., and offers a wide range of restaurants on the first and second floors.
In addition, the Convention Center is pleased to offer delicious box lunches delivered right to your booth at noon on Friday, Sept 20. Box lunches are $22 which includes gratuity and delivery fee. (NCET will provide your booth number to the Convention Centers.) These lunches are available only to exhibitors. Please check your email for the registration code.
Please order your lunches online by 3 pm on Mon, Sept 16 and pay for them when ordered.

Do NOT break down your displays before 5:00 PM. We expect heavy traffic at the end of the workday so any tear down activity will disrupt the other Exhibitors and Attendees.
NCET Expo Educational Sessions: The sessions will be held in the Convention Center’s Meeting Room D1 to the south of the Mt. Rose Ballroom
The Expo exhibit floor and the educational sessions are free and open to the public.
Restrooms are located to the east of the Mt. Rose Ballroom near “Hall #3.”
Attendees: We expect approximately 1,000 attendees. We recommend 300 to 400 handouts depending on the material.
The Expo Attendees are generally small business owners; employees; or people interested in starting a business.
