Bryan Allison has been leading digital initiatives since people accessed the Internet using squawky 9600-baud modems.
Allison was the first employee of Vegas.com, growing the company into the world’s largest city travel website with hundreds of employees and hundreds of millions in annual revenue. Bryan served as Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Operating Officer, overseeing multimillion-dollar annual budgets in the areas of web and app development, e-commerce, search-engine optimization and marketing, online display, social media and offline print, broadcast, radio and out-of-home.
He also ran the Greenspun Media Group as Chief Operating Officer, helping guide talented teams of journalists and advertising professionals as they continued the transition to digital.
Nick Danford has worked in sales and marketing in Google’s Global Business Organization since 2011. Specializing in agency support and Small & Medium-size Business (SMB), Nick has driven campaign success and crafted AdWords solutions with some of his department’s most strategic, digital agencies. Other highlights include executing an advertiser’s online marketing launch that produced a top-five Most Watched Ad on YouTube in 2013, onboarding French-speaking new business in Canada, and structuring a global customer marketing incentive strategy for Google Partners at Google’s EMEA headquarters in Dublin, Ireland.
Nick holds a B.A. from Brown University in Political Economy and Development and has studied at the Université de Paris. He is also passionate about contemporary and classical dance, Californian food & wine, and all things San Francisco, the city he’s called home since 2006.
Chad Hallert brings nearly two decades of digital marketing leadership experience to his role as vice president of performance marketing at Noble Studios. The winner of BrightEdge’s 2019 Technical SEO Award lives and breathes Noble’s unique creative digital performance model.
Chad uses his expertise in digital marketing, analytics and optimization to oversee the performance marketing team. He works with global brands such as Autodesk, Newport Beach, Renown Health and Tahoe South to maximize the performance and ROI of their digital marketing investments, ensuring client success no matter their KPIs. Chad also takes responsibility for Noble’s technology partnerships with companies such as Google and BrightEdge as well as the agency’s own performance marketing efforts.
Chad has earned Direct Marketing News’ 40 Under 40 Award, been named Technologist of the Year from the Nevada Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology, and made it on the Reno-Tahoe Young Professionals Network’s 20 Under 40 list.
Widely published, Chad has provided expert commentary to Mobile Marketer, Marketing Sherpa, Internet Retailer and Chief Marketer. He has appeared as a featured speaker at the eTourism Summit, the Lyris Future Vision Email Marketing Conference, and NCET’s Tech Bite. He also teaches courses on digital marketing at the University of Nevada, Reno.
Chad holds a master’s degree in internet business systems from Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, N.Y., a bachelor’s degree in human ecology from the University of Nevada, Reno, and a revenue optimization certification from Cornell University in Ithaca, N.Y.
Rachel Grimm is the Senior Digital Sales Manager at Spectrum Reach. Rachel is an IAB-certified advertising and marketing expert with more than 10 years of experience in diverse industries ranging from gaming to higher education to health care to recruiting.
Rachel has a proven record of success partnering with local and national businesses to develop customized digital strategies. By leveraging 1st party and 3rd party data and with her renowned hyper-targeted approach, she develops strategies generating profitable results for businesses of all sizes.
Rachel is a highly sought-after event speaker and has participated in Spectrum Reach Driven by Data events and hosted multiple trainings for internal and external customers as well as facilitated the digital lunch & learn in San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara and Bakersfield in California.
