Kim Garback

Kim Garback is a financial advisor with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in Reno, NV, and has served in the financial services industry for a combined three years. He also serves as the Vice-President of Email Communication for the Nevada Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology (NCET). He is a 2010 graduate of Truckee Meadows Community College (TMCC) in Reno, Nevada, with an AA in International Business. He currently attends the University of Nevada, Reno, where he is studying for his BA in International Business and Marketing and a minor in economic policy. He actively serves as a Northern Nevada Chamber of Commerce (Chamber NV) member. Additionally, he enjoys serving as a volunteer at Grace Church in Reno and exploring the outdoors of the Sierra Nevada. He and his family live in Reno, Nevada.

Susan Hill, MA, APR

Susan Hill is owner and chief amplifier for Susan Hill Public Relations~Marketing, a public relations consultancy based in Sparks, NV. She helps businesses build their brands using traditional and social media, websites, blogs, events, public speaking and other PR tactics for growth and success. Susan’s background includes public relations and marketing roles in the healthcare, wireless communications and hospitality industries. She also has been a magazine editor and local television news anchor. Susan holds a master’s degree in mass communications and a bachelor’s in English from Texas Tech University. She is Accredited in Public Relations (APR) by the Public Relations Society of America.

David Polivy

David Polivy is the owner of Tahoe Mountain Sports, an outdoor gear store located in Kings Beach, CA. He started Tahoe Mountain Sports and TahoeMountainSports.com in 2004 as an online only e-commerce operation and opened the Kings Beach store in 2007. As a multi-channel retailer, David’s experience with running a fast growing e-commerce operation along with a brick and mortar retail store in a resort oriented environment has enabled him to understand many of this region’s challenges along with its many opportunities. His e-commerce experience is focused on affiliate marketing, search engine optimization, payment security, and general e-commerce operations. When not running his fast moving e-commerce company, David enjoys spending time with his 3 yr old daughter Adina and wife Pam recreating in the mountains of Lake Tahoe.
