Free parking is available at the Atlantis. The east parking lot is the closest to the Grand Ballroom
Exhibitor Setup Dates and Times:
Thursday, September 26: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Friday, September 27: 7:00 AM – 9:30 AM
Booth numbers will be given to you when you arrive.
All setups must be completed by 9:30 AM on Friday, Sept 27. Booths not set up and staffed by 9:30 AM on September 27 may be reassigned to other Exhibitors.
The Exhibit Hall closes to the public at 5:00 PM on Friday, September 27. Do NOT break down your display BEFORE the Expo ends at 5:00 PM as we expect late arriving attendees.
You have two options for bringing items to and from your booth:
1. Park in the Atlantis’ EAST parking lot and carry or wheel your items via the escalator or elevator to the Grand Ballroom. Please note that bellman service is NOT available from this location.
2. If you would like assistance with moving items to your booth, you may use the Atlantis’ bellman service. Please drive to the Atlantis’ WEST entrance on South Virginia, where the bellmen will assist you.
Neither the Atlantis nor NCET provides dollies, hand trucks, or flatbeds.
Exhibitor Check-In: Wristbands for ALL Exhibitors and Attendees
NCET does not use tickets or passes, instead we provide wristbands for all Exhibitors and Attendees.
Every person working at your booth will need a wristband to enter the Exhibit floor. Wristbands will be available at the Registration Table starting at 7:00 AM on Friday.
To save time at the Registration Table, NCET strongly encourages Exhibitors to pre-register your entire group at Reno Attendee and Exhibitor Registration

· At the security webpage, enter your email address and the security code (graphic).
(If you encounter a webpage, which states “you are registered”, please click the “Next” button.)
· The next web page requests your information,
· Then add each individual in your group as needed.
Pre-registration closes at MIDNIGHT on Wednesday night, September 25. After that time, registration is only available at the Registration Tables on Friday morning. Please bring a business card to expedite on-site registration.
Exhibitor Check-In: On the day of the event, please arrive between 7:00 AM and 9:30 AM, and please proceed to the Registration Table in order to identify yourself and obtain all wristbands.
Booth Design, Accessories, and Information
Booth location and numbers are based on your registration date and will be assigned when you arrive.
Booths are 64 square feet (8’ deep X 8’ wide) and include “rod-and-drape” construction in the back and on the sides. The backdrop is 8′ tall and the sides are 3′ tall. You may hang lightweight signs or banners from the rod at the back of the booth.
The booth includes a 6′ x 2′ skirted table covered with a white plastic tablecloth, two chairs, a wastebasket, and a white paper sign with your company name. (You can view pictures of typical booth setups here.) To comply with fire regulations, nothing may be placed in, or extend into, the aisles.

Please note that the Exhibit Hall is NOT secured and that you should NOT leave any valuable or equipment unattended. Neither the Atlantis nor NCET provides security for the booths.
The Atlantis Casino Resort Spa will provide complimentary wireless Internet. Higher speed wired Internet is available for $150 per line. Please order using this order form
Booth Electrical Outlets
Electrical service may be ordered from the Atlantis for $30 using this order form.
The Atlantis will provide a no-host coffee stand on the morning of the Expo, and offers a wide range of restaurants on the first and second floors. In addition, you will have an opportunity to order box lunches in advance. More information soon.
Do NOT break down your displays before 5:00 PM. We expect heavy traffic at the end of the workday so any tear down activity will disrupt the other Exhibitors and Attendees.
NCET Expo Speaker Sessions / Workshops: The speaker sessions and workshops will be held in the Atlantis Casino Resort Spa’s Emerald Meeting Rooms to the west of the Grand Ballroom
The NCET Expo and the Educational Sessions are free and open to the public.
Restrooms are located outside the northwest corner of the Grand Ballroom.
Attendees: We expect approximately 1,000 attendees. We recommend 300 to 400 handouts depending on the material.
The Expo Attendees are generally small business owners; employees; or people interested in starting a business.
